How you can contribute 👩‍🔧

Ayd is looking for a Chief of Staff with an entrepreneurial spirit to work closely with the CEO Jakob and CPO Johan and the leadership team to craft and execute our strategy. You will be pivotal in elevating mere concepts to impactful initiatives. New health verticals, tech development, operations and market expansion. You will be a core member of the management team. We can offer a rewarding and fun journey and the opportunity to really drive impact at an early venture

Who We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in consulting and/or a fast-paced environment like a start-up
Knack for strategic thinking and analyzing situations, with the ability to simplify complex information and come up with practical recommendations.
Great communication and people skills, enabling you to build relationships and sway stakeholders across different levels.
Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks at once.
You can work independently and take the lead, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with others.
